Diversity in a team setting is likely even if your team consists of people with similar demographic profiles. There are many other sources of diversity to consider. This diversity can often lead to misunderstandings, conflict and lowered team efficiency, but this need not be the case. Diversity can be used as an asset in a team setting.

This course highlights the characteristics of teams that embrace diversity and how to approach situations where the opposite party has very different views to your own. It consists of 2 modules:

Diversity in Teams - Turning differences into benefits
Understanding Each Other - How different frames of reference alter our perceptions
