Resolve Team Conflict Course Information:
Course Details: Every manager needs to be able to handle conflicts in the work place, and especially within her own team. Of course it is always better to prevent the conflicts from arising but should they arise, then it is important for the manager to be able to understand and resolve them in the correct manner. This course deals with conflicts in the work place, how to recognise them and how to resolve them. There is also and interesting case study which will help you to further understand this topic.
