Course Details:
Communication is a key component of an effective team and good team management. This course covers how team communication differs from regular one-to-one communication, some of the main communication problems you may face in a team situation and some tips on how to resolve these.
It consists of 4 modules:- Effective Communication - Steps for improving communication in a team setting
- Nonverbal Signals - Understanding more than what is just said
- Active Listening - Ensuring you’ve understood the verbal communication
- Tips for Communicating - Getting your team members communicating well with each other
This course forms part of the PrimeTeam Building curriculum from Prime Learning.
