Course Details:

Even once a team has reached its peak of performance, there are certain things you as team leader can do to keep the team at this optimal level. This course provides you with a set of criteria that you can use to assess whether your team has indeed reached its peak performance or if there are areas for improvement. It also provides practical tips for revitalising team motivation to keep them performing optimally.

It consists of 2 modules:

Assessing Team Development - Looking broadly at the team to identify areas for improvement
Maintaining Motivation - Motivating the team to ensure ongoing success

This course forms part of the PrimeTeam Building curriculum from Prime Learning.
