At the ''Thrive'' stage in a team's development they become more self-sufficient, resolve conflicts constructively, collaborate well and understand the importance of continual supportive feedback. This lesson covers these aspects of team growth highlighting steps to improve these characteristics in your team.
It consists of 4 modules:- Promote Feedback - 4 guidelines for promoting 2-way communication in your team
- Commit to Conflict Resolution - Getting the team to commit to resolving disagreements
- Collaboration - Fostering an environment for creative idea sharing
- Make Good Decisions - The founding blocks of good decision making
