Some teams are much more effective than others. This has nothing to do with luck - effective teams have certain characteristics that can be created and enhanced when you know how.

Dynamic teams meet deadlines consistently and sometimes even ahead of schedule, they get more efficient as time goes on and they are driven by a common goal. This course introduces you to the characteristics of dynamic teams and phases of team development so you can start to build your own dynamic and effective team.

There are 2 modules:

Dynamic Team Characteristics - Know and promote successful team characteristics
Phases of Team Development - Identify the phase of your team’s development and build towards a dynamic Team

This course forms part of the PrimeTeam Building curriculum from Prime Learning.
