Course Details:

The induction process is one of, if not the most important event in an employee’s time at a company. It can set the scene for the rest of their employment and is often a make or break event for having them become an integral part of the team. Induction occurs not just when a new recruit starts work but also in project team environments.

This programme covers the essential skills, knowledge and abilities required to induct new and existing staff and uses a workbook with practical exercises to assist in the learning.

It is aligned with the SAQA unit standard, 10980 (Inducting a new employee) and the core outcomes of unit standard 7848 (Manage the induction of new staff).

This course is classified as a short course and falls within the grants and levies rebate system
