Conflict is an everyday part of managing a team. As a team leader, you may be required to get involved to resolve conflicts. How you and your team deal with conflict is where the true test lies.

Conflict need not be a negative force and completing this course will give you the necessary knowledge to recognise good conflict from bad as well as how to resolve conflict before it escalates. Part of your task may start with ensuring the environment is right for preventing conflict in the first place.
