It is important to ensure that your staff are performing at the correct levels and achieving what it is that they are set to do. If not, then it is your job as a manager to rectify the problem.

This course explains the elements which may hinder staff performance by using the PERFORM model. It also provides a method of assessing staff that are underperforming.

PERFORM Evaluations - Learn to use the PERFORM checklist to assess individuals
