Course Details:
As a manager, you are sometimes required to come up with new ideas for the company, and it is important to realise that there are methods for encouraging and brainstorming creative ideas.
This course will explain the methods for creative thinking in the work place as well as the value thereof. You will also learn the importance of positive team work when attempting to solve problems.
There are 3 modules:
- The Value of Creativity - How to encourage creative thinking and the benefits thereof
- Word Association for Creativity - Word Association can be used to solve problems and find new ideas
- Brainstorming for Creativity - Incorporate brainstorming with your team to find new ideas
This course forms part of the PrimeManager curriculum from Prime Learning.
Learning Outcomes :
- Explain three different ways of encouraging creativity in the work place.
- Identify the steps needed to implement the word association technique
- Identify the guidelines needed for successful brainstorming
