Course Details:

Listening to a speaker always involves two parts; the interpretation of what is said as well as understanding the interpretation. This course will teach you how to improve your skills as an active listener allowing you to be more involved in conversations.
Communication is a vital skill for a manager that is used every day both in and out of the office.

There are two modules:
  1. Active Listening - Active listening is a part of communication that must be understood
  2. Develop Active Listening Skills - Skills which are necessary to improve your understanding and responses when it comes to communicating.
