Communication comprises of words, tone and nonverbal signals, however it is the nonverbal signals which are most important. This course will make you aware of your body language and the body language of those around you.

As a manager it is important to be aware of your audience as well as how you come across to people when communicating. This course includes an interesting case study which may aid you when preparing for your next meeting.

Nonverbal Signals - There are various body signals that will improve your communication skills
