Too often in project situations project members are so happy to see the end that they neglect to formally close the project and document the lessons learnt. This can be extremely valuable advice to those delivering on similar projects in the future. Additionally, it is important to document the contributions made by various individuals so that they can receive the praise they deserve.

Another issue in reaching the conclusion of a project is in ensuring contracted suppliers have met their obligations so that they can be paid. Did they do what they were asked to do? Are their any outstanding items?

This course covers the important task of formally closing a project. It consists of 2 modules:

Administrative Closure - Documenting the lessons learnt
Contract Closure - Ensuring contracted parties have met their obligations
