Course Details:

''A picture can say a thousand words''. Never more true than in the complex world of projects. This course gives learners some great tools to represent their detailed project plan in a graphical way, thereby increasing the clarity of the plan both for themselves and others involved in the project. The other benefit to doing this is to spot bottlenecks or tasks sequencing issues in the plan and areas where the efficiency in delivering the project can be improved.

This course consists of 3 modules:
  1. Defining Project Activities - Converting the Work Breakdown Structure into an activity list
  2. Project Network Diagram - Showing the logical relationships between project activities
  3. Steps in Creating a Gantt Chart - Creating and interpreting Gantt Charts
This course forms part of the PrimeProject Management Fundamentals curriculum from Prime Learning
