Course Details:

Change is a fact of life and as a project manager one needs the expertise to spot change early on and react to it appropriately. This course provides tools one can use to monitor the progress of a project to identify where change may be required and covers a number of responses one may have to change.

Scope creep is the most feared result of poorly managed change, for all concerned, so it's best to know how to prevent it!

There are 2 modules:
  1. Variance Analysis - Comparing where you are to where to planned to be
  2. Responding to Change - Understanding, managing and responding to change
