If you don't have the means to manage people and keep them motivated, the project is destined to fail. This course focuses on the importance of getting one’s team on board and helping to keep up the momentum. An important focus of this course is on one’s duty to communicate with one’s team and share the right information at the right time with the right people.

Team Leadership - Leading your team to project success
Balancing Project Communication - Giving the right people the right information at the right time.
