Course Details:

Project Management wouldn't be the specialist discipline it is if projects were all easy to manage - projects can fail because of any number of reasons. Fortunately, there is a tried and tested method to starting new projects that can help to improve their chances of success. Identifying upfront who the project stakeholders are and then applying the required project initiation steps will assist you to meet your project goals.

This course consists of 3 modules:
  1. Five Steps of Project Initiation - Applying focus to a project
  2. Project Stakeholders - People of influence in project situations
  3. The Project Charter - The clearly written statement of what is expected
This course forms part of the PrimeProject Management Fundamentals curriculum from Prime Learning
