Course Details:

In times past, it was a professional dedicated project manager that was responsible for managing projects. With the increases seen in the use of cross-functional teams, the pace of change and other factors, a much greater number of employees are now required to have project management skills.

This course gives an introduction to Project Management, how a project can be identified and, once identified, the steps involved in starting to manage it.

The course consists of 2 modules:
  1. What is a Project? - How projects differ from other work you do
  2. The Five Principle Processes - Learning the project management process
This course forms part of the PrimeProject Management Fundamentals curriculum from Prime Learning
