Course Details:

Microsoft Excel 2003 is a powerful spreadsheet program used predominantly to manage numerical data - organising it in a logical way, automatically calculating figures, graphically representing this information and a host of other functions. This has uses in business in such circumstances as preparing budgets, analysing trends, summarising results, assisting with common calculations and even as a database for storing information. In its most simple applications it can help to organise and display any kind of information (numbers or text) in a structured and usable way.

This course gives learners a fly-by of the program to get them acquainted with the options available. It’s best suited to staff who have used other Microsoft programs and need an introduction to Excel and its many uses.

The course gives learners access to example spreadsheets to see Excel in action.
