Course Details:

Knowing how to establish a rapport with someone, listening properly to what they have to say and knowing when to ask the right questions are important skills to have if you want to influence that person.

This course looks at the principles for establishing a good rapport with another person. It also examines the steps to follow in listening authentically and helps you to get the answers that you want by teaching you to ask to right questions.

It consists of 3 modules:

Creating Rapport - How to establish a rapport with another person.
Authentic Listening - How to listen authentically to another person.
Skilful Questioning - How to find out what another person is really thinking by asking the right questions.

This course forms part of the Prime Effectiveness curriculum from Prime Learning.
